Step Plan Free Trial Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

This promotion ends on August 24, 2026, at 23:59 UTC.

2. Eligibility

1. This promotion is open to all users who meet the registration requirements of the StepFun API Platform.
2. Each user may participate in this promotion only once.
3. By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions and the applicable User Agreement.

3. User Benefits

(1) New Users

1. New users who successfully sign up are eligible for a 15-day Flash Mini Free Trial.
2. If all included credits are used during the trial period, one 15-day trial voucher will be automatically issued to the user's account.

(2) Existing Subscribers

1. Existing subscribers may claim one 15-day trial voucher matching their current subscription plan.
2. Once all included credits in the current Step Plan have been used, an additional 15-day Trial Voucher will be automatically issued to the user's account.

4. Referral Rewards

1. Earn one 15-day trial voucher matching your current Step Plan for each successful referral.
2. Each user may receive referral rewards for up to 6 successful referrals, with a maximum of 90 extra trial days.

5. Trial Voucher

Unless otherwise specified, all Trial Vouchers issued under this promotion are subject to the following rules:

1. Trial Vouchers can be redeemed after the current plan ends.
2. Trial Vouchers remain valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
3. Trial Vouchers issued to existing subscribers or users who upgrade their Step Plan will match the user's current Step Plan.
4. Trial vouchers and any other free trial benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Plan Benefits

The Flash Mini plan includes the following features. Any new features added to the plan during the promotion will also be included, subject to availability.

• Multi-device login
• Covers multiple MCP tools

7. Fraud and Abuse

If the platform detects fraudulent registrations, duplicate or bulk-created accounts, abusive referrals, automated scripts, or any other violation of these Promotion Terms and Conditions or platform policies, StepFun reserves the right to revoke any promotional benefits and take appropriate action against the associated account(s).

8. Promotion Changes

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, StepFun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time based on operational or business needs.
